Dinosaurs, even small ones no bigger than a chicken, are always hungry, make a mess everywhere, ask endless questions and are never satisfied with the answers. Zawinul is used to all that, a normal pet like a cat or a dog would probably have its quirks, too. But this blue rabbit is just too much. The strange animal suddenly popped out of an Easter egg and now it is determined to stay. Blue rabbits are snooty and think that dinosaurs are a pretty rude species. Dinosaurs think that blue rabbits are delicious but can't catch them because they are too fast and too clever. But the dinosaur doesn't give up, every night it chases the rabbit around and robs Zawinul of his sleep. And the state the flat is in in the mornings! Wouldn't it be better if the dinosaur returned to its own time? But how to transport a Compsognathus back to the Mesozoic?
"The miniature dinosaur turns out to be an endlessly curious, cheeky and nerve-racking flatmate. An incredibly funny and touching dialogue ensues that provides deep insights into the souls of animals and human beings. A superb idea!" (Brigitte)
