Stefanie Harjes

Stefanie Harjes was born in 1967 in Bremen, and studied illustrative art in Hamburg and Prague. In 2005 she was awarded the Austrian Prize for Young Reader's Literature for The Houses of Selma Khnopff (Die Häuser der Selma Khnopff). Her most recently published illustrations were for Lola auf der Erbse by Annette Mierswa.
