Matthias Henke

Matthias Henke, born in 1953, was Professor of Historical Music at the University of Siegen from 2008 to 2019. Since 2019 he has been a research professor at the Danube Private University in Krems. His most recently published books are Arnold Schönberg (dtv, 2001), Joseph Haydn (dtv, 2009), Die Sieben letzten Worte unseres Erlösers am Kreuze von Joseph Haydn (Katholisches Bibelwerk, 2017). And as an editor: Arnold Schönberg: Die Prinzessin (Hanser Children`s Book, 2006).
