Herbert Achternbusch

Herbert Achternbusch, born 1938 in Munich, studied painting at the Nuremberg Academy of Arts. He has written novels, stories and film scripts as well as theatre and radio plays. His books and films have been honoured with many awards, among them the prestigious Bundesfilmpreis. Achternbusch lives in Munich.
