Heinz Bude

Heinz Bude, born in 1954, studied Sociology, Philosophy and Psychology. Since 2000, he has held the Chair of Macrosociology at the University of Kassel. From 1997-2015 he headed the department of “The Society of the Federal Republic of Germany” at the Hamburg Institute for Social Research. He lives in Berlin.
