Fabjan Hafner, born in 1966 in Klagenfurt, Austria. Having studied German and Slavic Languages at the University of Graz, he works as a writer, translator and literary academic. He has been a member of the Robert Musil Institute for Literary Research in Klagenfurt since 1998. In 2008, Hanser published his translation of the poems of Uros Zupan Immer bleibt das Andere.
