Eberhard Rathgeb, born in Buenos Aires in 1959, lives in the north German countryside. For his first novel Kein Paar wie wir (2013), he was awarded the Aspekte Literary Prize. His most recent novels were Das Paradiesghetto (2014) and Cooper (2016).
