Andrea Winkler

Andrea Winkler, born in 1972 in Freistadt, Upper Austria. She studied German and drama in Vienna, where she now lives and works as a full-time author. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Abraham Woursell Award and the Elias Canetti Stipend. Her previous publications: Arme Närrchen (2006), Hanna und ich (2008) and Drei, vier Töne, nicht mehr (Zsolnay 2010)
